Fees

We are flexible on fee arrangements and are happy to structure packages to suit a client.

With some small property developers for example we have deferred collecting our fees until a point in the project where value has been added and the developer has been able to attract bank support. To justify this delay however, we have negotiated a larger fee than if we had been paid on time.

We will also work on time charges, on fixed fees, or on a percentage of the project value. In all cases however, we recognise that the client must get value-for-money if we are to receive repeat commissions.
